User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") regulates the procedure of operation of this website (hereinafter - the "Site"), defines the terms of use of materials and services of the Site. The Site administrator specifies information about himself, as well as contact details for feedback on the Site. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Conclusory actions of individuals or legal entities (hereinafter - "User"), aimed at the use of the Site is considered an unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is tantamount to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Terms of use of the Site The use of any materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Materials and services of the Site are intended solely for use for legitimate purposes. The User has the right to familiarize himself/herself with the materials and services of the Site, to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
The User agrees to use the Site without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin of goods, rights to industrial designs, rights to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and Site services, in particular, using programs for interference or infringement of the rights of third parties. The use of materials of the Site without the consent of the right holder is not allowed. The consent of the Site Administrator or the right holder of the materials is required for legitimate use of the materials of the Site.
If technically possible, the User has the right to leave comments and other records on the Site. The User guarantees that comments or other records do not violate applicable laws, do not contain materials of illegal, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, hostile nature, as well as containing harassment and signs of racial or ethnic discrimination, calling for the commission of actions that may be qualified as criminal offenses, as well as considered inadmissible for other reasons, materials that promote the cult of violence and cruelty, materials that promote the cult of violence and cruelty, materials that encourage the use of violence and cruelty. Administration of the Site is not obliged to conduct preliminary moderation of materials and records on the Site by Users. For comments and records on the Site left by the User, the User is responsible independently and in full.
The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site, the User follows the links contained on the Site to external resources at its own discretion at its own risk. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable to the User in connection with any possible or arising losses or damages associated with any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User, which he entered into, using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources. By providing in any form (registration on the Site, making orders, subscription to advertising newsletters, etc.) his personal data to the Administration of the site, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Administration of the site in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ. Processing of personal data of the User is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy of the Site. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the content of the Site at any time, without any notification of the User, as well as to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes shall come into force from the moment of posting of the new version

In order to avoid disputes regarding changes in the Agreement, the Website Administrator recommends to periodically familiarize with the content of the Agreement located on this page. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she must refuse to use the Site. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if it is reasonable to believe that the User is engaged in illegal activities. In addition, the administrator has the right to delete User's materials at the request of authorized public authorities or interested parties if these materials violate the applicable law or the rights of third parties. The Site Administrator and the User shall be liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Site Administrator shall not be liable for technical interruptions in the Site operation, however, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. All data placed or posted on this Site are on equipment located in the Russian Federation.
The Administrator has the right to terminate the Site, as well as partially or completely stop access to the Site until the completion of the necessary technical maintenance and (or) modernization of the Site. By taking actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that he/she is familiarized, agrees, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions of the Agreement as a whole, and undertakes to comply with them.
